How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for the purposes you authorize:
- Transactional purposes (gated on transactional SMS consent): inquiry follow-ups, scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer support responses.
- Promotional purposes (gated on marketing SMS consent): occasional offers, discounts, and announcements about our services.
- To respond to your messages and provide the services you have requested.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
If you do not opt in to a category, you will not receive messages in that category.

SMS Text Message Service
Our SMS program operates under the A2P 10DLC Low Volume Mixed (LVM) use case and supports two distinct consent categories:
- Transactional / Customer Care: Sent in response to your inquiries to facilitate services you have requested, including appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations.
- Marketing / Promotional: Occasional offers, new listings, market updates, and announcements — only sent to users who separately and explicitly opt in to this category.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile information will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data will NOT be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing purposes.

Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to third parties for marketing. Limited sharing may occur with service providers strictly necessary to deliver our services (such as SMS infrastructure providers), all of whom are bound to confidentiality obligations.

A2P 10DLC & TCPA Compliance
Kailand Group LLC complies with A2P 10DLC and TCPA regulations. Our SMS program is registered under the Low Volume Mixed use case. Our practices include:
- Separate, explicit opt-in for each message category (transactional and marketing).
- Clear, easy opt-out via STOP reply, with confirmation message sent upon opt-out.
- Transparent disclosures of message frequency, applicable rates, and HELP instructions presented before consent is given.
- No sharing of mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
